It already feels like an age since I've seen you all. Sorry I've been quiet on the socials. I've put this week and next aside for Halloween-related-preparation!

I'm looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow (Sunday 20th October) at All Saints Church in Croxton. I'm not the organiser of this event but don't forget that, if you've got guests coming with you, tickets are available at popclubchoir.uk/shop. If you'd like to come along and sing (and if you've not already signed up) please get in touch and we'll try and find some space for you.

I was really looking forward to hearing how Fairytale of New York sounded in the church. However, the mood of congress seems to be that it's perhaps not appropriate. So, I've replaced it with Love Is All Around which I think we all know well.

I've started adding in the next batch of gigs though so no doubt there'll be plenty of opportunity to sing it soon.

Halloween Party Saturday 26th October, Ipswich Sports Club

There are still a handful of tickets up for grabs for our grand Halloween Party so nip over to popclubchoir.uk/shop if you've not got yours yet.

Tickets are £15 and includes blood-curdling beef or bean chilli, with jacket potatoes, nachos, cheese, sour cream and salad.

The SERIOUS Hat Band are limbering up for a petrifying performance and we're excited about you, our scary-guest-stars. The band can play pretty well anything, but if you'd like to make sure we're fully prepared, by all means let me know what you'd like to sing so we can take a look in advance.

Our Christmas Dinner events for Bungay and Thetford/Bury St Edmunds are being organised by choir members

I'm happy to organise something for Ipswich but if any of you have ideas of where you'd like to go then do give me a shout.

Downloads for our next song are now in the Members' Area. We'll be starting I Want It That Way when we come back after half-term.

You'll find scores, lyrics and of course, audio tracks of your parts in the usual place.

In response to your feedback on the last Questionnaire (remember that), I'm pleased to announce that the first batch of our new Pop Club Choir hoodies have arrived.

They'll be in our online shop soon but for now, are strictly Limited Edition. After the first batch has gone, I'll probably make these special order only, as they're a bit bulky to keep in stock.
