What A Term! And What A Finish!

Well, we did it! All 48 pages of Don't Leave Me This Way completed.

Getting through the whole thing in three weeks was always going to be a challenge and, final section of the Video Recap notwithstanding, I'm looking forward to not having to teach that again. Or at least, not in just three weeks.

An amazing effort from you all. Spare a thought for our Bury St Edmunds members who get me at the beginning of the week when I'm still finessing my teaching plans. Bury folks, you may like to know that we'd got it all in the bag by about ten past eight on Thursday.

Back Week Starting Monday 14th April

We're now officially on our Easter Break. Despite this, we'll actually be coming back just before Easter. Is it me, or is Easter rather late this year?

While we're not meeting for our regular rehearsals, I'm very much looking forward to seeing the fifty or so of you who have signed up for our gig on Sunday 6th April in Bury Market. This is going to be a really fun gig and it's a perfect one to come along to if you're not up to speed on all the songs. Bring you lyrics book, stand at the back and just join in when you can. There'll be plenty of places to hide!

I've had a whole load of flyers printed so if any of you are bringing a friend to watch, do ask them if they'd mind handing out a few flyers as we sing.

Pop Club Choir Quiz Night - Friday 11th April

I'm also very excited about our social this term, hosted by our Bury St Edmunds choir. The first ever Pop Club Choir Quiz Night.

All are welcome – you don't have to be a member of Pop Club Choir. Feel free to come along with friends and family if you'd like. By all means get yourself into teams of five or six or so in advance, but if not, we'll organise some teams on the night.

We'll be keeping it fun and relaxed and Helen's promised me the questions are not too taxing.

The bar will be open, you can bring nibbles for your table and we'll no doubt have a sing too!

The winning team will each receive a fabulous "Quiz Champ" T shirt.
